Collection: Flake Floor System

Epoxy flake flooring combines durability with a decorative finish, making it a popular choice for garages, basements, workshops, retail spaces, and commercial facilities. The broadcast flakes add texture, help hide imperfections, and create a long-lasting, easy-to-clean surface.

Epoxy Max 100 is a high-performance two-part epoxy basecoat designed for indoor concrete floors.

For best results, prepare the surface by mechanically grinding (recommended) or acid etching before application. Apply the mixed epoxy with a roller or squeegee.

Decorative flakes can be cast into the wet Epoxy Max 100.

After 8–24 hours, finish with Polyaspartic 930, a durable, high-gloss topcoat that provides excellent resistance to chemicals, oils, grease, acids, and abrasion. If more than 24 hours has passed before topcoating, lightly sand the surface to ensure proper adhesion.

If there is moisture in the concrete prior to application, first use the Vapor-Tek 440 before applying the system.
